Step 4: After completing the previous steps, now you have to fill the following details on the Application Form.

Details of Existing Caste Certificate from Paternal Side
Applicant’s Date and Place of Birth
Present and Permanent Address of the Applicant
Step 5: Now you have to mention two Person’s name, who Reference you for this caste Certificate. Enter their Name, Address and Mobile Number. At least two references required to apply.
Step 6: Upload your scanned documents at this step. At first select document name, then enter its number and then upload your scanned document for West Bengal SC ST OBC Caste Certificate. The list of required documents is already given above.
